Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment through Paypal Express secure server. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal Account. You can still pay by debit or credit card to use Paypal Express. Simply click on the Paypal Express button when you are ready to checkout and follow the instructions on #aypal's secure server.
We also accept payment by cheque. Goods will be despatched once the cheque has been received and cleared.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, or a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We ship our gifts using Royal Mail. With orders over £50 in value, we ship via recorded delivery. A signature is required on delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule We usually despatch your order within two working days of receipt. This means you will usually receive your order in the UK within one week from order date. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you will be forwarded to Paypal Express, who will process your credit/debit card details through their secure conection. |
Guarantee In the rare event that the goods are damaged or faulty, return them to us and we will offer you a refund or a replacement.
You are responsible for the cost of postage of returned goods.
For your safety, do get a proof of posting from the Post Office for any goods you are returning. |
